SERC Missions Program
Role
As a missionary, you will help lead the daily operations of the retreat center, including providing Christ-centered hospitality, orienting visiting retreat groups, and creating welcoming environments that support meaningful, individualized retreat experiences. Responsibilities can also include facilitating high ropes and low ropes courses, archery, and assisting with kitchen service. Missionaries work with groups of all ages while growing in leadership skills, teamwork, and their own personal faith.
Commitment
9 months of missionary service at Saint Edward Retreat Center from September 7, 2026 - June 7, 2027
$500 security deposit, refunded upon program completion

Daily holy hour, community prayer, and spiritual guidance

$500 per month stipend provided to all participants
Monthly day of silence with the Lord and off campus Desert Day

What kind of events does SERC host?
What forms do I need to bring to camp?
All guests entering SERC must complete an “Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement” form. When registering for a specific camp the required forms will be available for completion online.
